Job Description
PURPOSE OF JOB:
·         To assist with the processing of RFQ’s and the completion of Quotations, Proposals, Tenders and related administration for the company. Dealing with inbound enquiries via mail and telephone.

Role and Responsibilities
Assist with Internal Sales or inbound enquiry’s and RFQ processing and completion of Quotations, Proposals, Tenders and related administration.
· First point of contact for all minor inbound sales enquiries.
· Internal Customer Liaison.
· Scoping and qualifying of Inbound “minor” enquiries with internal team and Clients.
· Compilation of all documentation required for the submission of Quotations and Proposals.
· Rate Build Up of tender rates in Excel, using existing tools and templates. Compilation of contractual notes, obligations, inclusions, and exclusions.
· Solution design for the Client via email, telephone and MS Teams/Zoom if needed.  
· Final compilation of complete Quotations, Proposals, and Tenders.
· All costing tasks and supplier costing for “minor” enquiries. Job file creation and filing.
· Updating of CRM and databases Compilation of Reports for Sales Manager.  

Key Performance Indicators
· Revenue growth through minor inbound sales.
· Displaying command of the internal sales process from inbound lead to award.
· Accuracy and completeness BOQ’s, Rate Build Ups and Costings.
· Accuracy and completeness of all supporting documentation, including by not limited to contractual notes, qualifications, forecasts, and programmes.
· Staff 360 feedback.
· Internal Customer feedback.     

FLEXIBILITY UNDERTAKING
In situations where there may be unexpected changes in workload, absenteeism of staff members or any other similar situation created by circumstances beyond the Company’s control, the incumbent may be required to perform duties other than their normal duties. All such work-related tasks will be reasonable and will fall within the incumbent’s skills, availability, and capabilities.
